My speeds have been good (anywhere from 30 - 300 Mbps download speeds to my device over wifi) depending on what mode I'm in.Deeper Network will be launching its mainnet on August 28th at 6 p.m. I'd be surprised if you were disappointed, but your results may vary. If you are thinking about it, I would say you should take the plunge. No needless captchas to prove you are not a robot behind every click or broken websites. Lastly, a big reason for traditional VPN users to come on over is because you never have to deal with your regular traffic through the DPN appearing as originating from a VPN. They tote a good line between advanced features and simplicity, again IMHO. I'd say it is about a 6-7 on the user-friendliness. You will probably have better success if you are a little techy, but it is a good product and not difficult to get it to do what you want out of it. Plus it is actively getting improved upon with regular updates. It works well and hasn't been buggy for me in general. ![]() With the Deeper Device, they appear to have built a better business model and reliability IMHO has been one of the bright spots. Those IGG/Kickstarter devices made many big claims and aimed to do what this product does, but they didn't stand the test of time. They have been succeeding where others have failed. It may require more than a simple click to get started, but you don't pay monthly They have made things pretty simple, and you don't pay a monthly subscription for all that you are getting. With Deeper Network, you only need to worry about your own hardware and associated dashboard where you will setup everything. Paid software based services like Zerotier and Tailscale are essentually approaching those same issues using the same concept of a mesh netowork of nodes. I believe it is where the internet and related services are headed in order to advance privacy and security.
